Development: Lemmus Inver Mexico Realstate

Architects: Skidmore Owings & Merrill LLP

The project start with Gicsa as first developer and Includes Towers 6 & 7 of the complex City Santa Fe etapa III but was cancelled on 2010, that first development was redesigned on 2006, 2008 & 2010, the project receives on 2008 the -Chicago Athenaeum- American Architecture Award and was designed as the tallest element of the complex CSF, the last design by SOM contemplates two towers of 31 floors (136 meters)& 41 floors (176 meters) only one is preserved for the project of the new developer.
