Description • Architect: Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates

• This tower project will sit on the site of the former Philharmonic Auditorium, demolished in the 1980's to make room for an office/hotel complex that never materialized.
• Park Fifth will include two residential towers, one 76 stories high, expected to be the tallest residential building on the west coast and a 44 story condominium & hotel building.
