Description
The building would have been one of the world's most environmentally-friendly skyscrapers when completed and aimed to reduce its total energy consumption by up to 65%.
Its plans included:
- 3 29m (95ft) 225KV wind turbines
- 4000 PV spandrel panels
- Environmental visitor centre
