Replace DM Nacional Showroom building & the Cinema Paris building demolished on 2007,
The Project of tower for Residences with 40 stories high (151.2 meters & 67000sq.m.) was cancelled by financial circumstances on 2010 when the foundations works was finished by Cimesa & the steel structure for the tower rises the first level, stay on hold by a year and was sold to Banco Vx+ on may of 2012, fused on august of 2012 with two adjacent properties, is waiting for a new design.
