• This building is topped by a 109-meter-tall radio/TV tower, which is owned and shared by TV/Radio Gazeta and TV Globo.
• The original proposal for this building included a 44-story tower, and 240-meter-tall transmission tower.
• The tower atop the high-rise was completed in 1970.
• In building has College Objetivo and many Gazeta Television offices, among cinemas and restaurant.
