• The United Office Building was the tallest Building in Niagara Falls from 1929 to 2005 when it was surpassed by the Seneca Niagara Casino Tower.
• Despite being a Niagara Falls Landmark the building has stood vacant since the 1980's.
• The art-deco building is faced with a terra cotta facade with Mayan styled details.
