Description • Architect: Enrique de Teresa.

• This design was chosen over three others presented by b720 arquitectura, Nieto Sobejano Arquitectos S.L. and José Manuel Pérez Latorre.
• Was originally proposed with a spire, however it was dropped in the final design.
