Description - Architect: Gin Wong Associates
- Known as the Arco Tower from 1989 to 1998, due to its large ARCO Logo. By 1998, Downtown Los Angeles had 3 Arco Towers, within blocks from each other. By 1998 the logo had been taken down, Due to ARCO's financial problems in, resulting in major job losses in Los Angeles and Texas, in result Arco vacated the other two Towers the very same time, including one they've occupied since 1972.
- The Building is located across the freeway in West Downtown, a small skyline, consitsting of 2 major highrises (The other being 1100 Wilshire) Due to its location the Tower has been very prominent in the skyline.
