Description - Architect: Kazimir Ostrogovic
- The tower was designed 50 years ago, but never built. The annex buildings were built decades ago, but mayor of Zagreb resurrected the project in the winter of 2006 to consolidate the offices of the City of Zagreb. He wants to build the office tower in honour of the architect to its original measurements.
