- This project was originally designed as a 10-story, 528-spot parking garage stacked by 80 residential condominium units on five additional floors, but the plans for the condo portion fell apart in January of 2008.
- The structure is being designed so that it's facade design takes in account the historic look of the district in which it resides (Capitol Park).
