Description • Architects: Ludlow & Peabody, Audsley & Audsley.
• The western side at Greenwich Street was constructed in 1898. One floor was added plus a four story tower in the center by Ludlow & Peabody in 1917-1920.
• The building, in Hellenic Renaissance style, is unique for a New York skyscraper. Another one in country with this style is the Layton Art Gallery in Milwaukee, designed by the Audsley firm in 1888.
