Description - Architect: Donaldson & Meier
- Length: 183 m
- Sacred Heart Seminary's cornerstone was laid on June 17, 1923, and the structure was opened on September 22, 1924.
- The structure consists of a 3-and-a-half story low-rise building, and a 130-foot tower all done in the Collegiate Gothic style, and faced in brick and limestone.
