Description - Developer: Charterhouse Boise Downtown Properties
- This proposal replaced the failed Boise Tower project.
- Originally proposed to in 2006 to be the tallest building in Idaho, it was to include ground floor retail topped by 6 floors of parking, a 7th floor amenitie level, and finally topped by hotel and condominium levels.
- The developer announced in March of 2008, however, that the tower would be built on a "much smaller scale", and in June of that a judge ordered that all of the assets of the developer be sold off to pay of creditors effectively killing the project.
