Description Architect: Viljo Revell and Associates

• The building cost $31 Million Canadian (In 1965 Dollars)
• This design was the result of an international design competition, with over 500 entries
• A new city hall was built because the old one was too small
• The circular dome in the middle is the council chamber
• The taller tower is known as the East Tower, and the shorter one is known as the West Tower
