After the demolition of the damaged 'Hotel del Prado' in 1986 developers (Reichmann International) projects a complex for Offices, quickly the proposed building turns to Hotel with 357 rooms, but when Pascal Architects was incorporated to redesign the concept 100 rooms increases the development, finally was built with 6000 sq.m of Convention Center, Restaurants, Shopping areas & Spa also. By the use of new technologies on their functional services this building is considerate as "Intelligent" type.
On 2009 changes the firm from Sheraton to Hilton.
