Description Reconstruction Architect: Rafael Vinoly Architects
- Originally the College's main ("Cohen") library, it reverted to being the "Y-Building" when the library moved to the North Academic Center, and it never quite found its niche. It is now being reconstructed as the new home of CCNY's School of Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and Urban Design.
- This project is over three years behind schedule, and occupancy was delayed again until May 2009, and yet again until the fall 2009 term.
