* Also known as Reforma 243, The project started on 2007 as a 25 stories building (117m height, 45000 sq.m ) but soon was redesigned, on february of 2008 the foundations works start,but on july of 2008 stop when the international financial crisis makes impossible to continue, on late 2009 a new developer refurbished the project, one year later the project was announced as Mapfre Headquarters, on November of 2010 the construction works re-start.
