• Developer: GSG Development, Harcourt Development
• Sullivan Square will be a New York City styled Community including Brownstones, Lofts, Terrances, and Highrise's. The project will also have a local cafe and a central park and is set for completion in 2014.
• Sullivan Square will include eight residential highrises up to 20 stories high, surrounding the central park.
• Construction on phase one of Sullivan Square commenced in July 2007 but has been put on-hold since GSG Development sued its partner Harcourt Development in May 2008.
