Description Belgian company Besix, that is a contractor on Burj Dubai construction, announced it wishes to construct a 333m tower in Belgrade's Blok 26 between Belgrade Arena and Presidency Palace.
They hope it will take the title of the tallest European tower (excluding countries that have territories outside Europe, like Russia).
It was rejected by the Belgrade city government in January 2007.
