The foundation works start on 2006 with a project named Hotel Fiesta Inn Triángulo Las Ánimas but another Hotel named Fiesta Inn Las Animas was already opened closer to this one, the investors begin a judicial case against the new project and was stopped until 2010 when the construction works re-start
