Description • Architect: Barry Pattern, GYA Architects, Inc.
• Contractor: Hawaiian Dredging Construction Company
• The Hawaiki Tower halted construction due to a drastic drop in the Honolulu condominium market in the mid 1990's. Construction later resumed, and it was completed in 1999, 6 years after it's construction start.
