- 550 North Brand Topped out on August 1986. The 21 story tower was topped out with a distinctive steel beam signed by hundreds of people who live and work in Glendale.
- The 550 North Brand Boulevard Building was the tallest building in Glendale from 1987 to 1990, surpassed its next door neighbor, 500 North Brand which is only four meters higher.
