Description - Architect: Howard Bingham Hill Architects
- This structure is built on the site of the former Capitol Theatre, a live theatre and music house that was demolished in the early 1970's for the Capitol 6 multiplex/cinema.
- This structure will include the expansion of the Orpheum Theatre, the home of the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra.
