- Cost at Completion: $450,000,000

- The plant was closed in January of 1993 after a cracked tube had released radioactive gas into the plant.

- The plant's cooling tower was brought down by implosion on May 21, 2006.

- The plant was built on a Native American burial ground.

- This was Oregon's only nuclear power plant.

- Though located in the tiny city of Prescott, the plant actually had a Rainier address, a small city just to the north of Prescott.
