• Gran Costanera Tower is one of the four tower in the complex Costanera Center. The main tower is the tallest building in Chile, South America, and also the tallest office tower in Latin America.
• Costanera Center costed $600 million dollars, and houses more than 40,000, The complex also have a 5 story mall, a 5 and 4 star hotel, and 2 offices towers of 41 floors.
• On hold from 2009 to 2012
