Project Description:

- Gran Costanera Tower is one of the four tower that will rise at the complex Costanera Center. The main tower is going to be the tallest building in Chile, South America, and also the tallest office tower in Latin America.

- The project Costanera Center will have a cost of $600 million dollars, and will house more than 40,000.

- The project will also have a 5 story mall, a 5 and 4 star hotel, and 2 offices towers of 41 floors.
