Description Built as a grain terminal for the Davidson & Smith Company, later known as Canadian Feed Manufacturing Company.
After operations as a grain terminal ceased in the 1940s, the building was home to a wide variety of industries from metal working to mattress manufacturing.
The tower is currently vacant.
There is an apartment on the third floor of the lower part of the building.
