Until 1989 the site was home to McCormick & Company and the US Rubber National Warehouse. It has been a parking lot ever since.
Project publicly revealed on February 16, 2006, 10 Inner Harbor will become the tallest building in Baltimore, and the tallest between Philadelphia and Charlotte.
