Original Development: G-Homes
New Developer: ICA Desarrollo Inmobiliario
Mixed use complex with Two towers 32 & 26 floors, Parking & retail area with the name of Punta Condesa was Cancelled on May of 2007... but in November of 2012 reborn with the same concept but shorter (24 floors for offices & 21 stories for 288 appartments) joined by a 3 level mall & underground levels for parking garage. In june of 2016 the project is cancelled and replaced by Elite Residences Espacio Condesa:
