Since the first announcement on Expo CIHAC on 2009, the proposal change 3 times of design
the first one with 63-66 floors (303-305 meters high) was cancelled on october of 2010. The foundations works stop on august of 2014, at last days of september of 2014 the excavations works re-start and the project increase to 98700 sq. meters, Topped out on February 22 of 2018.
