- Project Citycenter will be built on the Bellagio Parking lot, so this parking garage will be constructed for Bellagio employees, it will have 6,739 Parking spaces.

- Part of Block A, phase one. This is the first building of Project CityCenter to be constructed.

Project CityCenter Facts & Description

Construction Start: Summer 2006 (Phase One)
Expected Completion: 2009
Total Project Cost: $7 Billion
Number of Towers: Five

- Project CityCenter will include three blocks and two phases, and will be built in two phases:

BLOCK A - Phase One
This is the phase one of Project City Center. Block A will include Two Hotel/Casino Towers, a Convention Center, A theater, and offices. There will be two towers, 48 stories (The Main Tower) and a 43 story tower (North Tower) which will be called Vdara.

BLOCK B - Phase One & Two
Also part of phase one, that will include a resort condominium tower, and a shopping center called the Harmon Place. The towers will be 585 feet high and will have a curveing design. The Towers will be called Veer Las Vegas.

BLOCK C - Phase Two
This part of the project will be phase two. Block C will include two towers a Lifestyle Hotel and a Mandarin Oriental Hotel, one on the northeastern corner and one on the southern side. There will also be a shopping mall.
