Description
Unfinished since the 80's but occupied with machinery and offices on the lower 7 levels built, have a annex from the 50´s renovated with a new facade with mirrors who continues with the style of the main tower.
The upper levels (8 to 30) was cancelled on the 80's but part of the steel bars for concrete structure stay on the top, the oxid may not let a secure re-development.
