Description Architect: Frankel & Giles
- Originally a cold storage food warehouse completed in 1907. Its two top floors were demolished in 2000 but replaced with eight new levels during a conversion to loft condominiums.
- Overlooks the lowrise Dearborn Park and other townhouse developments to the north, providing an unobstructed view of the downtown skyline.
- Has a clock tower on the north side, under the spire.
