Description Architect: Lucien Lagrange Architects
-Constructed across from a planned park occupying one square block on the Chicago River.
- Projecting trusses on the façades support the balconies, and extend beyond the roofline to give the building a distinct shape.
- Like its sister building Erie on the Park (half a block away and built by the same team), Kingsbury on the Park is one of only a few residential skyscrapers built with a steel frame instead of concrete
