• Design: Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP (architect Brian Lee)
• New Poly Plaza has the world’s largest flexible cable glass curtain wall (glass façade width is 57.6 m), China’s only vertical brises-soleils of cavernous stone, and Beijing’s highest skyscraping atrium. It is regarded as a masterpiece in the world. In terms of internal functions, the plaza is up to the world’s advanced level as an office building.
