-This was the first completely new high-rise building constructed on the west side of South Michigan Avenue since 1212 South Michigan in 1982.
- A landscaped sundeck covers the low-rise parking wing to the north of the tower.
- A companion building - Michigan Avenue Tower II - is planned a block and a half to the south.
- A covered carport is available on the south side for pickups and dropoffs.
