Description
Architect - Hellmuth, Obata & Kassabaum

In 2001 an article from Colliers International, indicated that the tower might be scrapped or jump-started, the article said if it was jump-started it would have had to have been built in 2003.

An article in the Philippine Daily Inquirer said that the Owner of the building: Juan Ponce Enrile was selling the unfinished Jaka Tower to help fund his Splendido golf course project.

The project is supposed to start building again, in 2005 or 2006, the building is supposed to open in 2008.

The tower when completed, whenever it will start construction will be the 6th tallest building in Makati City

The Tower was 21 floors high when it was put on-hold, there is no glass on the tower yet. The tower is just a 21 story concrete skeleton.
