- Developer: Lew W. Tuller
- Orginally constructed as the Royal Palm Hotels, this is the oldest continually operated residential hotel in downtown Detroit.
- This hotel later took the name of the Park Avenue Hotel just a few blocks to the north, which later became the Salvation Army's Harbor Light Center.
