- Originally constructed as the 255-room Park Avenue residential Hotel, it was later used as the Salvation Army Harbor Light Center, and has since been vacated.
- Plans proposed in the early 2000's by Detroit Urban Living include transforming the vacant property into market-rate residential condominium usage.
This building was demolished to make way for The District and the new Little Caesars Arena.
