Description - Owner & Tenant: Comerica, Inc.
- The building was completed in 1971 for Manufacturers National Bank, which was later bought by Comerica Bank in 1992.
- Comerica Bank announced on December 17, 2009 that they'd be consolidating all of their Detroit-area operations into this building, which will moving 570 employees from the former Comerica Tower by 2012. The company plans to invest $18 million into the building and rename it Comerica Bank Center.
