Tower has been approved in 2001, since then it has been on hold, due to lack of tenants, current boom has brought the project back, marketing has started.
Symbolic foundation stone was laid.
Located next to MesseTurm & PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower of 185m
Developer: Vivico
The project will be officially presented on October 16th 2007 in Dubai at the Cityscape Trade Fair.
The latest Vision version has been cut from 369m (97 floors) to 350m.
One third of the building is residential, two thirds are offices
