Description - Architect: Harrison and Abromovitz
- The Eyde Company began renovation of the building into mixed usage in November 2016, and renamed the Owens-Corning Fiberglass Tower to "Tower on the Maumee." The bottom half will be used for ground floor commercial space with offices above. The top half of the tower will feature residential apartment units.
