- The current, historic casino building will be incorporated into the new complex by stripping it of its brick facade and replacing it with metal, glass, precast concrete and stone.
- This complex will feature 100,000 square feet of gaming space, 67,000 square feet of convention space, a 1,200-seat multi-use theater, restaurants and bars, a hotel-top lounge area, and a 4,440-space parking garage.
- This complex officially broke ground on November 30, 2005.
