Description
- Architect: Hopkins & Dentz

- Owner/Manager: Boji Group

- This has been the tallest building in Lansing since its completion in 1931.

- A 10-story addition was added to the east side of this tower in 1967. Careful work was done to make it blend in seamlessly with the tower.

- The tower portion of this building was constructed of 3.5 million pounds of structural steel, 654,000 bricks, and in 17 different colors.

- The "Michigan National" neon singage was removed in 2001 after the bank was bought out Standard Federal Bank. The lettering was 4.5' tall, and each letter weighed 200 to 300 pounds.

- The tower underwent a major renovation in 2004, which included the replacement of all of the windows, among other work completed.
