Description
Good example of the modern architecture of the 50's, a design with a double curved facade with green glass.
By years was famous by their Christmas night decoration.
Replaces the Apartments building (Casa Latinoamericana).

Damaged on 1985's earthquakes,was resized & repaired for stabilization purposes, decreased to 7 floors at the end of the 80's, still almost unused since 1999, finally destroyed in 2006 to build the Plaza Residences Building.
