Description
• Architect: Almand & Stuck

• This was tallest building in Arkansas from its completion in 1930 to 1960 when the Tower Building was completed in Little Rock, and remains the tallest building in Hot Springs.

• This building was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.

• The building was largely abandoned in 1991 except for the ground floor.
