Declared as "artistic patrimonium" by the INBA
Damaged & inclined (45cm) by the pass of years & earthquakes, partially destroyed in 2003, leveled and reinforced in 2004, still as skeleton in 2005, originally designed for Hotel, rebuilt in 2007 for offices.
