Developer: Promotora Paseo de la Reforma / Landmark Hotels.

Built on 1946 for government offices, was damaged on 1985's earthquakes. The concrete structure was demolished on the second half of the 80's but the steel structure inside was preserved, reinforced on foundations & the structure with massive concrete elements still unfinished by a decade, the renovation works continues on 2006 & now is finished with a green-acqua glass facade. On October of 2012 left the name Embassy Suites by Hilton to their current name.
Replace the Edificio Recursos Hidraulicos of 1946
