Floor layout:
- Ground Floor: lobby
- Floors 1-24: office floors
- Floors 25-26: mechanical floors

Front entrance is 4 meters higher than back entrance.

Knoxville's tallest skyscraper.

The 27th floor features a private dining club with spectacular views of the mountains and the Tennessee River.

Built by Jacob "Jake" Butcher for United American Bank. The building was built above a 393 space parking deck.

United American Bank collapsed in 1983 after federal bank regulators uncovered illegal loans, forged documents and other frauds. It was the fourth-largest bank failure in US history.

The building was renovated in 1995.
