• A spire, 525 feet tall, was removed from the latest design.
• The Munich-based financial institute Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank AG, invested US$ 160 millions as construction loan in early September 2007. In Financial Crises time, the Construction was on-hold, but the developer was confident that a new financial source could be found to continuing the project.
